- A deposit is required to secure your booking date.
- Full payment is due 7 days before the event.
- Accepted payment methods: Cash, E-transfer, Credit Card.
- Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations made 30+ days before the event: Full refund minus deposit.
- Cancellations made 14-29 days before: 50% refund.
- Cancellations made less than 14 days before: No refund.
- Service Delivery
- We will arrive at the agreed time for setup.
- Equipment and setup times are discussed during booking.
- Any changes to the event timeline must be communicated in advance.
- Liability
- Clairsentient Light & Sound Entertainment is not liable for equipment failure due to venue conditions beyond our control.
- Client is responsible for providing safe and adequate space for equipment.
